Duties & Taxes
All prices stated on the Aardon-watches web sites exclude any taxes or import duties.
Extra costs (if applicable) for these taxes and or duties on goods purchased at Aardon-watches are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy
Please notify us with your concerns within 24 hours of receiving the goods to . You will be given an Aardon-Watches Return Authorisation (AWRA) code which must be written on the original invoice with any returned items or we will not accept the return. All items must be repacked in their original packaging including all warranties, Authenticity certificates, any gifts offered with the purchase and for all guarantee items -the claim verification. All items must be shipped to us within 7 business days of notifying us for all International purchases or 48 hours of notifying us if you are within Australia. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Please Note: Do Not return any product without authorisation from Aardon-Watches first!

Refund Policy
Management are happy to assess and accept requests for a refund in the below circumstances only:
Should the item purchased be deemed defective, or damaged on arrival and we are unable to supply you with the same product.
We will bear all shipping costs for the return of the item Please refer to the Return Policy for procedures on making your return.

Cancellation:
Before cancelling an order we will contact you via e-mail explaining the reasons for the cancellation, naturally we will not bill you for any cancelled items.
Listed below are reasons in which an order may be cancelled:
The item(s) not available.-you will have the opportunity at this time to reorder another item to your satisfaction
payment information is incorrect
The address you provide for shipping is a PO box.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request (we will only cancel an order if the item is not on order and/or has not already been shipped)
