Aardon-watches - CASIO Warranty Information
Every watch purchased at Aardon-watches comes with a CASIO "Warranty Certificate"which reads as follows:
 
TOURIST WARRANTY CERTIFICATE (Limited Warranty)
for G-Shock & Baby-G Watch
CASIO TECHNO CO.,Ltd (CASIO) warrants that the G-shock or Baby-G watch
purchased outside the country located in the place of residence of the
purchaser will be repaired free of charge by a member of CASIO tourist warranty
network with this certificate subject to the following terms and conditions below:
 
1. This certificate will be required to be presented together with the receipt of purchase in order for this warranty to be available.
2. This warranty will be valid for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase in case of defect under normal use as instructed in owner's manual. The purchaser will thereafter be charged for repair.
3. This warranty will not extend to the following:
..... replacement of case, band, glass or battery
..... damage or defect caused by transportation, abuse, improper use or negligent use
..... damage or defect caused by fire, earthquake, flood or other natural disasters
..... damage or defect caused by alteration, conversion, modification or improper repair
4. If the G-shock or Baby-G watch is mailed to a member of CASIO tourist warranty network for repair, it must be carefully packed together with this certificate, purchase receipt and a written report on the defective condition an transportation charge must be prepaid.
5. CASIO or any member of CASIO tourist warranty network will in no event be liable for any disappearance, damage or change of data or memory.
6. This warranty will be the sole and only remedy, either express or implied for the G-shock and Baby-G watch.
7. This warranty will be made available only through a member of CASIO warranty network as listed in the reverse side of this certificate.
8. This warranty will apply to the original purchaser only.
 
The rights arising under this warranty are in addition to, and do not affect, the purchaser's rights.
